About Ether
Ether - Southbank Centre's annual music festival of innovation, art, technology and cross-arts experimentation - has long been presenting one-off collaborations and groundbreaking work from the likes of David Byrne, Kraftwerk, Lou Reed, Radiohead's Jonny Greenwood & Thom Yorke, Chris Cunningham, Jeff Mills and Steve Reich.
Ever since the opening festival in 2002, Ether has been recognised as a hub of digital culture and cutting-edge collaborations. Also featuring iconic films, multimedia projects, visual arts installations, talks and exhibitions, Ether explores the boundaries of pioneering music and art.
